UPDATE posted 2/25/21:
-Arrowhead Volvo and Jaguar are open at Beardsley at the 101, and Land Rover is under construction next to them
-Bosa Donuts at Four Corners is tentatively scheduled to open in April
-Bosa Donuts is also opening a location at 1930 W. Pinnacle Peak that is tentatively scheduled to open in March
-Crab N Spice is going in at 79th Ave. & Bell in the former Jason’s Deli but we do not have additional info or a timeline available yet
-Dutch Bros. on Bell Rd. at 57th Ave. has about 40% of construction complete so it should be opening in the 2nd Quarter of 2021
-Dutch Bros. is rumored to be going in at 37th Ave. & Happy Valley but we have been unable to get solid confirmation on that
-EOS is planning on going in at CAL Marketplace (Lake Pleasant Pkwy. & Lake Pleasant Rd.) and their site plans are under review by the city
-Five Below at Four Corners is scheduled to open on March 26th
-Lululemon Pop Up Shop will be staying at Arrowhead Towne Center until Summer and hopefully permanently
-Matt’s Big Breakfast has their coming soon sign up on 75th Ave. at Rose Garden and construction appears to be underway with a tentative 2nd Quarter opening
-Multifamily housing was approved by City Council to go in at CAL Marketplace (Lake Pleasant Pkwy. and Lake Pleasant Rd.)
-Norterra announced the following new tenants coming soon: Eggstasy, Salt Tacos y Tequila, & Five Guys
-Pizza Hut is going in at 67th Ave. & Happy Valley in the former
-Marco’s Pizza and is tentatively scheduled to open in March/April
-Portillo’s on Bell Rd. at 79th Ave. is tentatively scheduled to open in April
-Salad & Go at 83rd Ave. & Deer Valley (former Valero) has their building plans in the 2nd review phase with the city so hopefully construction begins soon
-Tesla has a Service Center is going in at Westgate and it will be the first in the West Valley
-Vistancia has a retail development project coming (L shaped plot of land surrounding Circle K) that initially looks to be a mix of drive-thrus, small shops, and mid-size box stores or medical offices. There are no tenants or confirmed details yet as it is in the initial stages.
UPDATE posted 2/4/21:
-Our messages to Whole Foods Market made it to the corporate level thanks to someone sharing with someone else, and so on and so forth! Keep sending them, IT TAKES A VILLAGE!
-Peoria City Council approved plans for the Peoria Regional Medical Campus at the site of the infamous “steel structure.” Construction could start as soon as April with a Summer 2022 opening goal. More info available at City of Peoria, Arizona Government or www.peoriaaz.gov
-StretchLab and Mac Media are coming to Sunrise Promenade! More info at Thompson Thrift.

-The long-awaited Life Time Fitness opened on February 1st!
-Salad and Go's conditional use permit at 83rd Ave. & Deer Valley (former Valero gas station) was approved and they are working through site plans and permitting with the city.
-EōS Fitness is working through site plans and permitting with the city to go in at Camino A Lago Marketplace (which we’re now calling “CAL Marketplace”). Adjacent to that, apartments are anticipated pending City Council approval after being approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission last month.
-The site plans for Harumi Sushi at Sunrise Promenade look super cool, so we’re excited about that!
-Plans for “The Trailhead” at the NE corner of 83rd Ave. & Happy Valley Rd. were put on hold at the end of 2019 while working through some land entitlements, and then COVID hit and the whole world got put on hold! There are rumors of that the developer is beginning to move forward with that project again.
UPDATE posted 1/5/21:
-Barrio Queen is NOW OPEN for dine-in in addition to takeout.
-Portillo's construction is coming along. There is no opening date set yet.
-Matt's Big Breakfast is tentatively scheduled to open this Spring/Summer after being delayed due to the pandemic.
-Harumi Sushi is taking the space that was slated to be Bennigan's at Sunrise Promenade. Bennigan's is no longer coming at Sunrise Promenade.
-Deem Proper and the Coffee Cellar are no longer on the site plan for 83 Marketplace.
-Life Time Fitness is scheduled to open February 1st.
-Bed Bath & Beyond at Four Corners is closing permanently on February 13th.
