2020: A Crazy Year In Review

UPDATE posted 11/6/23: -Water conservation wells are being installed in North Peoria (near the 303 & Lake Pleasant Pkwy) starting next year with completion in 2026 to make sure there are enough emergency water reserves for the future -Peoria Police & Fire substations are coming to Vistancia in 2025 -Aloravita South (along Happy Valley up from 75th Ave. to 83rd Ave.) home builders are: Ashton Woods, Lennar, & Taylor Morrison -Aloravita North (north of Jomax from 67th Ave. to 75th Ave.) home builders are: DR Horton, Pulte, & Shea -The NW corner of Lake Pleasant Pkwy. & Cibola Vista will be Cibola Vista Self-Storage -The SE corner of Lake Pleasant Pkwy. & Pinnacle Vista will be office/medical buildings -The NW corner of Lake Pleasant Pkwy. & Jomax is tentatively scheduled to be 2 hotels and 2 drive-thrus (one is rumored to be Dutch Bros.) -The NE corner of Lake Pleasant Pkwy. & Pinnacle WAS tentatively planned to be multi-family housing but it does not appear to be moving forward, we will continue to look for updates -Plans are moving forward for Postino, Blanco, & North at P83 -Plans for Stadium Point at P83 are moving forward.
