MAJOR HUMONGOUS UPDATE!!!
Four Corners:
- Reformed Pilates is NOW OPEN in the Shops at Lake Pleasant (LP) – yay first opening!
- Raising Cane's opens on June 18th
- Handel's Ice Cream is tentatively scheduled to open at the end of June in the Shops at LP
- Restore Hyper Wellness is tentatively scheduled to open at the end of June/early July in the Shops at LP
- Over Easy Restaurant is tentatively scheduled to open mid-Summer at the Shops at LP
- In-N-Out Burger is tentatively scheduled to open at the end of the Summer
- OHM Fitness Happy Valley is tentatively scheduled to open in September in the Shops at LP
- Someburros is tentatively coming to the Shops at LP (no timeline)
- A coffee shop (unknown) is tentatively coming to the Shops at LP (no timeline)
- We do not have a timeline for Salad and Go, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Wild Fork Foods or any of the other tenants (Shops F) at the Shops at LP at this time
- Cinnaholic is no longer going in at the Shops at LP

We use the term TENTATIVELY a lot because all of these openings are dependent upon passing city, county, and state inspections! Please be patient as that’s a very stressful process for these business owners. We’re so excited for all the new businesses that are coming to our #upperwestsidephx community and expanding our options for dining, shopping, and services! We have more updates coming, so check back soon! For now we are going to nap all weekend because our brains are spinning from trying to stay on top of this and keep it all organized! FIVE NORTH AT VISTANCIA:
-American Leadership Academy (ALA School) will be opening for the 2025 school year

Richmond American Homes will be building homes west of Trilogy, north of Ridgeline for a neighborhood called Haciendas at White Peak (no known timeline)
