UPDATE posted 6/9/22:
- The Stetson Social is tentatively opening at 83 Marketplace at the end of the Summer
- Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar is tentatively opening at 83 Marketplace late Fall
- The Dexter Public House is tentatively opening at 83 Marketplace late Fall 2022
- Salt Tacos y Tequila is now open at Norterra
- Times Square Restaurant is now open on Bell Rd. at 57th Ave. (Walmart center)
- Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is opening July 18th at the NE corner of Bell Rd. at 83rd Ave.
- KTR Glendale is expected to open later this month at 83rd Ave. & Union Hills (former LA Fitness)
- Turquoise Wine Cellar & Tasting Room is expected to open late Summer at 83rd Ave. & Union Hills (near Arrowhead Grill)
- The former QT at 83rd Ave. & Union Hills will be a Dental Depot
- Mr Fries Man️ is opening this Summer to 83rd Ave. & Lake Pleasany Pkwy. (near Goodwill)
- Carolina's Mexican Food is opening a Glendale location late Summer at 59th Ave. & Greenway

UPDATE posted 5/28/22:
Various permits have been approved for The Shops at Lake Pleasant, which is the new shopping center at Four Corners directly along Lake Pleasant Pkwy. that will run in front of Home Depot, Wendy’s, Mr. Shine, etc. The following businesses will be tentatively opening there: Over Easy, Handel’s Ice Cream, Raising Cane's, Christian Brothers Automotive, Cinnaholic, Visionworks, DECA Dental Group, Restore Wellness & Cryotherapy, and European Wax Center. We have not been able to confirm In-N-Out yet, but we believe that is a strong possibility as well! We are hoping to get more info about additional tenants soon and will be sure to post as we hear more.

- 85 Local, a new store featuring local goods, is now open behind Donutsville on 83rd Ave. north of Beardsley
- Big Lots is going in the former Bed, Bath, & Beyond space at Four Corners
- BUTTA CAKES is tentatively expecting to open in May
- BoSa Donuts Lake Pleasant is now open at Four Corners (next to Cafe Rio)
- Burlington is now open on Bell Rd. at 77th Ave. in the former Barnes & Noble
- Cinnaholic is rumored to be coming to Four Corners in the new area being developed in front of Home Depot.
- Five Guys is now open at Norterra
- Fry’s is moving forward with building in Vistancia at the SE corner of Lone Mountain and El Mirage Rd. From what we understand, this is part of a “Planned Community Development” zoned area that has been in place since Vistancia began.
- Handel’s Ice Cream is rumored to be coming to Four Corners in the new area being developed in front of Home Depot.
- Jet's Pizza is now open at 67th Ave. & Beardsley
- Lola Coffee is not yet open at 83rd Ave. & Deer Valley and there is no opening timeline that we know of
- OverEasy is rumored to be coming to Four Corners in the new area being developed in front of Home Depot.
- Pacific Seafood Buffet Glendale is open in their relocated location on Bell Rd. at 59th Ave.
- Pad Thai Cafe is now open at 51st Ave. & Union Hills
- Paleta Bar is coming soon to 83rd Ave. & Union Hills in the former Rita’s
- Target at Four Corners is getting a remodel, which is what the construction you see in the parking lot is for
- The Stillery, Happy Valley is now open across from Norterra
- The Vig is coming soon to Park West
- The former QT at 83rd Ave. & Union Hills is going to be a Dental Depot
