-F45 North Peoria and 83 Marketplace Dental are now open at 83 Marketplace! Hallelujah for the first openings! Salon Blissful construction is well underway, as well. We do NOT have any confirmed information on restaurants or other tenants or timelines at this time.
-Stretch Lab, YogaSix, Twisted Sugar, and Harumi Sushi at Sunrise Promenade are all tentatively scheduled to open late Fall.
-Bosa Donuts is tentatively scheduled to open in October at Four Corners.
-Someburros, In-N-Out, and Raising Cane’s are all RUMORED to be coming to Four Corners. This has NOT been confirmed and we have no additional info at this time but we’re working on it.
-The former Bed Bath & Beyond at Four Corners is temporarily a Spirit Halloween store and as far as we know, no permanent tenant has been signed after that.

-Construction on the massive Taiwan Semiconductor Plant at the NW intersection of I-17 & the 303 has begun. This is expected to have a HUGE impact on the NW Valley, much like Intel spurred economic development in the East Valley.
-Multiple residential real estate developers have purchased land along the 303 west of I-17 to build homes in anticipation of the Taiwan Semiconductor Plant.
-Construction is underway on a Fry’s Marketplace at I-17 & Jomax.
-We have received mixed info on Legacy Sports Arena at I-17 & Carefree Highway and are working on getting an update, however, the delay appears to be a private matter.
-Correction to our last update: the former Blockbuster/Pet Club at 67th Ave. north of the 101 will be a AplhaMed urgent care, not a physical therapist.
Development and construction are SLOW, but holy cow, it is happening! We are expected to eventually see more offices, a hotel, and many multi-family residential units as developers continue to buy up the land. All of the above will help bring in the specialty restaurants and retail that we want so badly for this area!
